Steven Rodi
Managing Member
Mr. Rodi is the Managing Member of Innovative Development LLC with over 25 years of consulting business experience. He started his career as an Information Technology consultant at Computer Task group in 1984. He founded Innovative Development in 1992, building the company incrementally and deliberately. As a former Application Developer, Data Architect, certified Oracle DBA, Business Analyst and Project Manager, Mr. Rodi brings his insight from multiple perspectives to manage Innovative Development's strategic planning and operational service delivery. Under his leadership Innovative Development has averaged 20% revenue growth annually since 2003. Mr. Rodi attended the University of Pennsylvania earning a BA in Economics.
Martina Rodi
VP of Human Resources
Ms. Rodi is a founding member of Innovative Development and is responsible for Human Resources and employee development at the company. She previously worked for 20 years a Registered Nurse and brings her nurturing and caring style to the development of programs to assist Innovative Development employees succeed in their careers. She attended Helene Fuld School of Nursing earning an RN degree.
Timothy Rohan
VP of Sales
Mr. Rohan has over 20 years outside sales experience including 10 years of experience selling professional consulting services. Mr. Rohan has worked for Innovative Development for 8 years and became a member of the company in 2009. Mr. Rohan has successfully implemented project, staffing and outsourced resource management plans for multiple fortune 500 companies resulting in increased productivity and reduced cost. Mr. Rohan attended Rutgers University earning a degree in Business.
Marc Portner
Principal Consultant Centers of Excellence
Mr. Portner is a Customer Account Manager focused on sales and account management at Innovative Development. Mr. Portner has 25 years of experience assisting companies across multiple industries with business and technology strategy, business process change, and systems implementation projects. Prior to joining Innovative Development, Mr. Portner began his career as a software developer, working his way up to Senior Manager and Director level position at multiple Fortune 100 pharmaceutical firms where he was responsible for application development and support, business process improvement, shared service development, and Electronic Discovery. Mr. Portner has expertise and certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, CMMI, and PMI methodologies. Additional, he is an adjunct instructor at a national university where he teaches project management, business analysis, and information technology courses to undergraduate and graduate level students. Mr. Portner attended Temple University earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and LaSalle University earning an MBA in Management.
Brian Crozier
Customer Account Manager
Brian Crozier is a Customer Account Manager focused on sales and account management at Innovative Development. Mr. Crozier has 13 years of experience in IT professional services, software solutions, and technology management. Prior to joining Innovative Development, Mr. Crozier worked in multi-billion dollar corporations, and growth-oriented niche focused companies. Mr. Crozier has consistently developed "trusted advisor" status with C-Level Executives, while facilitating solutions-driven transactions. Mr. Crozier attended earned a BS Marketing degree from Stockton College and an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix..
Mark Lewish
Director of eDiscovery
Mr. Lewish is the eDiscovery Director focused on eDiscovery Support services at Innovative Development. Mr. Lewish has 25 years of technical experience assisting companies across multiple industries with business and technology strategy, business process change, and systems implementation projects. Prior to joining Innovative Development, Mr. Lewish began his career as a Field Engineer at a Fortune 100 Engineer company and worked his way up to IS Project Manager. The past five years Mr. Lewish has successfully implemented Litigation Support services at a Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical company including the evaluation and implementation of technology supporting legal hold management and data collection, developed consistent eDiscovery processes and approaches, served as a lead technical liaison between IS and Legal eDiscovery team and has served as 30(b)(6) witness. Mr. Lewish attended the University of Delaware earning a BS in Agricultural Engineering.
Jeffery Fisher
Principal Consultant - Centers of Excellence
Jeffery Fisher is a Principal Consultant in Innovative Development’s Centers of Excellence. Mr. Fisher is responsible for coordinating the service definition and delivery associated with the Centers of Excellence including: Project Management, Quality Assurance, Application Development and eDiscovery. Mr. Fisher has over 15 years of IT related experience assisting companies deliver high quality applications. He started his career as an application developer and worked up to being a Director of IT and held multiple other leadership positions. Mr. Fisher works to understand people and their work. He strives to help people work effectively while improving processes. Mr. Fisher graduated from La Salle University earning a Master's of Science in Computer Information Science and an Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics and Music.
